“Le Quartier Central” on an old railway site in the Düsseldorf district of Pempelfort is one of NRW’s largest urban development projects. Together with our long-standing partner, the ABG Real Estate Group, we have developed the last vacant plot of the entire quarter on the newly created Toulouser Allee. The almost 2,000 square metre property is the first location of an H2 Hotel in Düsseldorf. The budget and design brand thus consistently complements the quarter.

Our project in the heart of Mönchengladbach is called “19 houses” but could also be called “four courtyards”. Located opposite the main railway station and adjacent to the popular Schillerviertel district, it is one of the city’s most important urban development measures and an essential component of the development strategy “mg+ Wachsende Stadt” (growing city Mönchengladbach plus). Here we contribute with our expertise in neighbourhood development to positively enhance the area around the station with retail, hotel and residential uses.

We have realised the Silizium office complex on Hansaallee, the main axis of Düsseldorf’s districts on the right bank of the Rhine. The ensemble of three independent buildings is clearly visible on the corner of Schiessstraße. Its façade impresses with filigree, elegant lines and edges that are partially rounded towards the urban space. The characteristic materials of the high-quality perforated façade are white stone and, above all, a lot of glass, which provides lightness and light as floor-level windows.
