CECILIENPALAIS Düsseldorf

Representative office building on the banks of the Rhine

Cecilienallee is one of the most prestigious streets in the regional capital Düsseldorf – consulates and private bank houses dominate the scene here in an exclusive location on the Rhine, and renowned cultural institutions such as the Ehrenhof or the Tonhalle are not far away. With the Cecilienpalais, we have realised a sophisticated office property that does not have to hide even in this neighbourhood.

Based on a design by the internationally renowned Düsseldorf office of HPP Architects, a cubic, three-storey building with an additional staggered storey was created. Its high-quality streetscape is characterised by large window areas elegantly framed by natural stone elements. Constructed in a resource-saving and efficient manner according to green building principles, the building’s interior offers a flexible layout for all contemporary working environments and utilisation concepts. In addition, it is equipped with an underground car park and has an attractive roof terrace with a wide view over the Rhine.
