On Schiessstraße, a branch road to the booming Hansaallee, the business hotspot Düsseldorf-Heerdt continues to grow
– supplemented by an excellent local supply infrastructure in the neighbouring quarters. Here, we have completed a striking six-storey office building and let it to international companies.
Its rounded edges and elegant black façade make TRIGON an aesthetic counterpoint to the SILIZIUM project, which is also located on this street and is characterised by a lot of white and glass. We realised this office building for the telecommunications group Huawei.
The modern, iconic TRIGON features a clear façade grid with floor-level windows and has two attractive panoramic roof terraces with a circumferential terrace band on the fifth floor. The rounded corners of the building stand for an elegant design language with a representative effect. Inside, the building offers spacious areas with flexible
floor plans that enable the implementation of individual office organisation forms, such as individual, group or team offices, and innovative new work concepts. On the ground floor, the building has two main entrances to offer tenants separate and identifiable addresses. The building complex is complemented by an elevated garage with around 470 parking spaces, including over 30 e-charging stations.
