B&B HOTEL Neuss
First building block on the Pierburg site
The urban development project on the former Pierburg site in Neuss is one of bema’s largest projects in terms of area. The entire building development of the area started with a hotel on Düsseldorfer Straße, for which we were able to win the B&B chain as operator.
Designed by RKW Architektur+ and taken over by KULAS Architekten from the final planning onwards, the five-storey building was erected on a plot of 1,600 square metres. Like the entire area, the house is supplied with energy-efficient local heating. The hotel started operating in summer 2019, and since then its 100 guest rooms have almost always been fully booked – the hotel is one of the best-occupied B&B hotels in Germany. It is bema’s first hotel construction project and an important, highly visible sign as a prelude to the entire development on the Pierburg site.
